Separate the claims
Provider status, approval of a specific programme, delivery-site arrangements and the document issued to a learner are different questions. A verified fact about one should not be silently extended to the others. Ask which claim applies to the actual course being quoted.
Use the relevant official verification route
The QCTO provides information about skills development providers and qualifications in its remit; SACPCMP provides professional registration information. Use the body relevant to the claim and record the verification date. These source links do not by themselves verify a Diba course or practitioner.
Illustrative discrepancy
A quotation uses a familiar short title, while the evidence refers to a different programme name or scope. Ask for the relationship between the two before booking. Keep the question unresolved if the evidence does not establish a match; do not infer equivalence from similar wording.
Retain enough evidence to recheck
Record the source, reference, exact result and any conditions or dates. Ask the provider to clarify anything that cannot be independently matched. Verification should help a buyer choose the correct programme without making unsupported claims about certificate recognition or validity.
