Coverage model

Plan support around the place where work happens.

Diba BES supports enquiries across South Africa. Start with the site that needs attention, the service required and your preferred timeframe. For an organisation with several branches, distinguish the central decision-maker from the people who can arrange access at each facility. This helps the discussion account for the way your organisation actually operates.

Service area

National service coverage

A location where your requirement can be assessed against the service scope, capacity and timing. A service area does not automatically mean there is a walk-in office.

Office or branch

A specific contact location

Use the contact details provided for the regional team. Confirm the address and appointment arrangements before a visit, particularly when discussing training or a site meeting.

National service coverage

Supporting projects across all nine provinces.

Diba BES serves all provinces. Share your project location, service requirement and timing so the team can confirm the delivery arrangements.

Service availability

Confirm the requirement through the relevant pathway.

Geography is assessed together with service scope. The market list alone does not establish that a specific consulting, training or occupational hygiene service is available at a particular site.

01

OHS consulting

Share the project location, current stage and consulting need. Include the number of sites, access arrangements and people who can explain the work. These details help establish whether a single review or a coordinated programme should be discussed.

02

Workplace safety training

Share learner numbers, the preferred town or venue and the training topic. For teams, include shifts and any constraints on releasing people from work. Course suitability, current delivery options and venue arrangements can then be confirmed against the actual requirement.

03

Occupational Hygiene

Identify the facility, service type and affected areas, together with operating hours and the preferred timeframe. Multi-site enquiries should explain differences between facilities. Access and operating arrangements are assessed with the service scope before work is scheduled.

Planning a visit

Confirm the location before travelling.

A regional contact can help with the next discussion. A training venue, client site and office may have different addresses and access arrangements. Confirm where the meeting or service will take place and who will be available to receive you.

Regional coordination

Speak to the regional contact first.

Use the telephone or email details above to discuss the relevant office, site or venue. The team can confirm the appropriate next step for your location and service enquiry.

Confirm your location

Share the service, place and preferred timing.

Diba BES can assess the requirement and confirm the appropriate service pathway before a commitment is made.

Coverage questions

Planning one site or several.

Use the same clear brief for the central team and the people coordinating work locally.

What should I include when asking about a particular location?

Give the town, province and site context rather than only the company head-office address. Explain whether the requirement concerns an occupied workplace, a construction project, a training venue or several facilities. Include timing and access restrictions that could affect a visit. The team can use those details to discuss the appropriate contact and delivery arrangements.

Can we coordinate a requirement across provinces?

A multi-site enquiry can bring the overall requirement into one discussion. Prepare a simple site list with the service needed at each location, an on-site contact and the preferred sequence. Differences in operating hours, risk, learner numbers or facility use should be visible in the brief. Confirm the scope and arrangements separately for each location.

Does a listed service market mean there is a local office?

A service market describes an area where a requirement can be discussed; it does not by itself identify a staffed office or a walk-in training venue. Use the regional contact details shown on this page and confirm the relevant address, appointment and access arrangements before travelling. Service availability is considered together with the type of work and your timing.

What if the service location or schedule changes?

Tell the team which site or date has changed and whether the work itself is still the same. Moving a training group, changing a project start date or adding a facility may affect access, coordination and the proposed scope. Confirm the revised arrangements before relying on the earlier plan, especially where several sites or providers are involved.

Planning guidance

List the actual locations, required service and timing for each site so delivery can be discussed on the facts.

One national enquiry, with a record for each site

Diba’s confirmed service-market coverage includes Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and Northern Cape. A listed province describes service coverage, not a staffed office, walk-in venue or confirmed date for a particular service.

Use this national page for provincial enquiries. It keeps the approved coverage information and contact pathway together while the actual attendance, travel, venue and availability are confirmed for your location.

Prepare a consulting enquiry

Give the town, province, project stage and service required. Include the number of work fronts or facilities, the information already available and the person who can arrange access. State whether the enquiry concerns one visit, a document review or an ongoing appointment so attendance and deliverables can be scoped together.

Prepare a training enquiry

Give the course, learner roles, numbers and the preferred town or venue. Include shift-release limits and any joining requirements already specified by the employer. Ask for confirmation of the delivery mode, trainer and venue arrangements, quotation and current dates before scheduling attendance.

Coordinate several provinces without losing local detail

Create one row per site, even when the same course or service is requested everywhere. Record a local contact and any differences in opening hours or access. Ask for a confirmed sequence and identify which arrangements remain provisional; a national programme enquiry should not be treated as a booking for every location.
