Plan first aid training for an organisation

Prepare a first-aid training booking using the employer’s exact requirement, learner availability and course facts.

Obtain the employer’s requirement

Ask for the exact course, role and certificate requirement. Explain any relevant previous training to the provider and confirm entry conditions. The catalogue has separate Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and combined Levels 1–3 entries; their titles alone do not establish equivalence or progression rules.

Use the correct catalogue group

First Aid Level 1 appears in accredited and CPD groups with different listed prices. Keep the full selection with the enquiry. Confirm the actual scope, assessment and completion document rather than treating entries with similar titles as interchangeable.

Illustrative attendance plan

An employer wants staff from two shifts to attend a two-day programme. The coordinator identifies who can be released for both days and asks about suitable groups. A calendar date and a draft learner list are planning inputs; they do not reserve seats.

Confirm practical arrangements

Ask about venue, preparation, learner support and assessment arrangements before attendance. Request current terms and the full quotation. This booking guide does not calculate statutory first-aider staffing or prescribe treatment; those questions need the appropriate competent and current source.
